Belly Update

This was taken at 21 weeks and I am now 22 weeks and counting, but you get the idea. Interestingly enough, I don't feel like my belly has grown very much in the last two months and that surprised me since I grew a ton from 13-15 weeks. I guess it's good that I didn't keep growing at that rate or I would be HUGE by now!!! :) If I stay like this with a little belly for the next couple of months I'll be perfectly happy, because being this big is uncomfortable enough as it is. You know, sleeping, sitting for too long, bending over to put on my shoes...the easy things.

One week left of Blondie

It may be hard to believe, but no, we did not dye David's hair. Since he joined the swim team again, he thought it would be fun to stop wearing a swim cap and let his hair grow out a little to see how blonde he could get it and I think he's done a pretty good job! It seriously feels like a feather on the tips because it is so dead from all the chlorine, but he leaves tons of conditioner in it after every swim to help with the damage control. After this week his season will be over and his blonde locks will follow...

This week we're heading to Oklahoma for the MWC Championships where David will race against the top breaststrokers from the U of U, Air Force, Wyoming, UNLV, New Mexico, TCU, SDSU, CSU and BYU. Good luck David!!! You've done an amazing job jumping back into shape for this season and I know you'll do great. Go BYU!

Life is beautiful

David took this photo in the mountains by our house last week and I think it is simply breathtaking. Enjoy.

My husband is such a stud. Period.

Last week David swam in his last home swim meet of his BYU career and it was so cool! They recognized the seniors and let's just say that David was the only one with flowers given to him. I'm such a mom. haha. He did a great job in his two races and in both races he got season best times! Now he's off to Oklahoma City for the Mountain West Conference Championships and is planning to beat his personal best times!! Good luck dave, you rock!

An oldie but goodie...

In November my best friend from high school got married and I just found these photos - all un-blogged! Sorry alyssa, I was bad at blogging at the time, but I had a blast at the wedding and thought you were gorgeous!

She had an awesome wedding and reception with the coolest personal touches that only Alyssa could have designed. One of my personal favorites was a photo booth with awesome props like a mustache on a stick and empty picture frames and a typewriter to write messages for the bride and groom. I even borrowed the photo booth idea for our recent church activity! Let's not forget the cake - great job mel mel. My big sister made the cake and did such a great job! It was fun to see so many great friends and spend time with such great people. Good times.

Boy?????

So we had another ultrasound and our sonographer said that she now thinks we could be having a boy, but she couldn't confirm either way...so frustrating!! We've decided that she was incompetent and wanted a second opinion, so we will be having a final ultrasound scan soon at another place and possibly even tomorrow. Hopefully this one goes much better then the last. Wish us luck!!

Place bets here...boy or girl?? David thinks it's a boy, I go back and forth, what do you think?

Look at this adorable outfit that Charity bought for Lucy, I can't wait to have her wear it! We are getting so excited to have a baby and love all the fun things people have bought for her. Clothes for little girls are SO MUCH FUN!
